1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Mezraya Ranch website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Booking & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Horse Riding Safety

Equestrian activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our certified instructors. Wearing provided safety equipment (helmets) is mandatory for all riders.

4. Use of Facilities

Guests are expected to treat the ranch premises, animals, and other guests with respect. Any damage caused to property or harm to animals will be the sole responsibility of the guest.

5. Liability

Mezraya Ranch shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur on the premises, except where such is caused by our proven negligence.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
