Children must be at least 6 years old for independent pony rides. Younger children can enjoy assisted pony walks in the arena. All minors must be accompanied by a guardian.

Yes, you can cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.

Our luxury suites are generally pet-free to ensure the comfort of all guests and the safety of our ranch animals. Please contact concierge for special exceptions.

Airport transfer from Djerba-Zarzis International Airport is included for guests booking stays of 3 nights or more. For shorter stays, it can be arranged for a fee.
